With a modern interior, this barn is great for a cosy winter break with the log fire or for a summer break to enjoy the nearby hikes, cycle paths and coastline nearby.
Guest review: “I really couldn’t fault anything about this accommodation. It is modern and minimalistic in decor but manages to have everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The equipment available in the kitchen is superb, even down to egg cups and butter dish, and is of a high quality (much of it from John Lewis); this was important as we cooked all the evening meals during our stay.
The location is as quiet and rural as advertised and there looked to be some lovely walks from the front door; though alas we didn’t try them as we mainly concentrated on exploring the coast. Perhaps next time. It was an unexpected but lovely touch that our host had left a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and a packet of biscuits as well as the more usual tea bags, milk, coffee ,sugar etc. All in all would strongly recommend.” – David, October 2020

James and Lizzie were excellent hosts, providing great suggestions for places to eat locally as well as offering tips for walks from our door. The place itself was just what we needed and a perfect size for us and the dog. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom is a decent size. The living area was also good and enabled us to be able to work from there when we weren’t on our days off.
Probably one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve had in an Airbnb in regards to equipment which was great as we ate in the majority of nights. James also offered to dogsit for us when we went out for a meal one night too which was really lovely and super helpful. I think Stanley enjoyed playing with Merle for an evening. Overall a fab stay and I would definitely return” – Kat, October 2020
